Preparation
  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Lightly brush salmon with oil; season with rub.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Grill, skin-side down, with lid closed for 8 min.
Tips

Since the grill is on anyway, grill up thickly sliced red onion rings and zucchini rounds.
